Building Policies

Welcome to Bosse, your premier pickleball destination! Our primary goal is to create a safe,
clean, and enjoyable environment for all patrons. Please adhere to the following guidelines:

General Policies

  • Hygiene: Refrain from spitting, chewing gum, or engaging in behavior that may compromise hygiene within the facility. Use designated restrooms and hygiene facilities for personal care needs.
  • Siblings and Guests: Siblings and guests are welcome but must not interfere with scheduled activities or use restricted areas without permission. Ensure all guests understand and follow facility rules.
  • External Food and Beverages: No outside food or beverage is allowed in the building to ensure cleanliness and maintain quality control of our dining services.
  • External Regulations: Outside vendors, canopies, tents, smoking (including e-cigarettes, vaping, or chewing tobacco), and pets are not allowed on the premises to maintain control and safety. Properly credentialed therapy pets are welcome.
  • Indoor Facilities: Indoor walls are not to be used as backboards for any activities. Please use designated equipment and areas.
  • Event Approval: Events, parties, or catering must be approved by Bosse staff to ensure proper arrangements and minimize disruptions. Non-compliance may result in event cancellation or rescheduling.
  • Fire Safety: Grilling or open flames are strictly prohibited inside or outside the building. Violations will result in immediate action.
  • Parking Lot Policy: No loitering in the parking lot. Use designated parking spots and respect traffic flow for everyone’s safety.
  • Insurance/Waiver Requirement: Groups must provide proof of insurance, or individuals must sign a waiver to acknowledge associated risks. Non-compliance may result in denied access.
  • Music Policy: Music must be approved by Bosse management, with no inappropriate language or interference with others. Violations may lead to loss of music privileges.
  • Event Notification: Notify Bosse staff of any event plans in advance to allow for arrangements and minimal disruptions.
  • Parking: Park in designated spots only. Unauthorized or obstructive parking may result in towing at the owner’s expense.
  • Waivers: All participants must sign waivers on our app before using any facilities.
  • Only service dogs with proper documentation are permitted inside the building.
  • Outside Food and Drink: No outside food or beverage, except water and sports drinks. On-site dining options are available.

Membership Policies

  • Membership Cancellation: Our memberships are month-to-month, allowing you to cancel anytime without any cancellation fees. If you decide to reactivate your membership, there will be a reactivation fee equivalent to one month’s membership.
  • Payment Strategy: The initial fee on our website will cover the first month of membership. You will not be charged again until the second month of facility operations. If we open partway through a month, your second payment will be prorated accordingly.

Pickleball Courts

  • Reservations: Must be made via our app or front desk. Non-compliance may result in court time cancellation.
  • Footwear: Proper, non-marking shoes are required.
  • Food and Alcohol: No food or alcoholic beverages are allowed on the pickleball courts.
  • Cancellation: Please refer to the reservation system for specific cancellation policies.
  • Maximum of 10 people per pickleball court.

Restaurants

  • Reservations: Please reserve through our website or designated platforms.
  • Cancellation: Refer to the reservation system for cancellation policies.

Gym

  • Equipment Use: Do not move equipment without prior approval from Bosse staff. Report malfunctions or damage immediately.
  • Age Restriction: Use of gym facilities is restricted to individuals aged 18 and above.
  • Cancellation: Refer to the reservation system for cancellation policies.

Locker Room

  • Age Restriction: Access is restricted to individuals aged 18 and above.
  • Cleanliness and Privacy: Maintain cleanliness and respect others’ privacy.
  • Locker Use: Subject to availability; may require a deposit or rental fee.

Fitness and Wellness
(Including Cold Plunge and Hammam)

  • Age Restriction: Access to fitness and wellness areas, including the cold plunge and hammam, is restricted to individuals aged 18 and above.
  • Cold Plunge:
    • Shower before entering.
    • Limit time to 1-3 minutes initially; do not exceed 10 minutes.
    • Breathe slowly to stay calm; avoid hyperventilating.
    • Exit immediately if you feel numb, dizzy, or experience any pain.
    • No glass or breakable objects allowed in the area.
    • Persons with heart disease, low or high blood pressure, or other medical conditions should not enter the hammam without prior medical consultation and permission from their doctor.
  • Hammam:
    • Limit time to 10 minutes.
    • Stay hydrated; drink water before and after your session.
    • Exit immediately if you feel dizzy, nauseous, or uncomfortable.
    • Avoid if you have heart conditions, respiratory issues, or are feeling unwell.
    • No glass or breakable objects allowed in the area.
    • Persons with heart disease, low or high blood pressure, or other medical conditions should not enter the hammam without prior medical consultation and permission from their doctor.

Sports Lounge
(Golf Simulator and Darts Lounge)

  • Age Restriction: Access to the Sports Lounge, including golf simulators and darts lounge, is restricted to patrons aged 21 and above.
  • Golf Simulator:
    • Maintain a safe distance behind the golfer. 
    • Use only approved clubs and balls. 
    • Wear appropriate footwear for grip. 
    • Keep food and drinks away from the simulator. 
    • Stay focused and avoid distractions. Pay attention to your surroundings. 
  • Darts Lounge:
    • Ensure the throwing area is clear of people and obstacles. 
    • Stand behind the throwing line at all times. 
    • Use approved darts only.

Kids Club

  • No diaper-changing services are provided.
  • Children must be checked in and out by a parent or guardian. Guardian must sign a waiver.
  • Staffed supervision is provided, but children must follow all rules and remain respectful to others.

Age Restrictions

  • Fitness Facilities and Locker Rooms: Restricted to individuals aged 18 and above.
  • Sports Lounge: Restricted to patrons aged 21 and above.
  • No child under 10 years of age should be left alone in the funzone. 

Cancellation Policy

  • Court Time, Fitness, and Wellness Reservations: 48 hours notice required for cancellations.
  • Golf Simulators, Darts Lounge, and Kids Club: 48 hours notice required for cancellations.
  • Events: Refer to our events team for specific cancellation details.
